Ingredients
- Avocado oil
- Shallot
- Long red chili
- Fresh ginger
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Baby bok choy
- Korean chili pepper flakes (or red pepper flakes)
Instructions
Heat a wok (or skillet) over medium-high heat. Add the oil, and swirl to coat the pan. Next, add the shallots, and cook, stirring continuously for 1 minute. Add the chilies, ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and bok choy. Toss to coat the bok choy, then cover the wok and cook for 2 minutes. Toss, then cover and continue to cook until bok choy is cooked to desired tenderness, 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with Korean chili pepper flakes and serve. Enjoy!

- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pound baby bok choy halved
- 1 teaspoon Korean chili pepper flakes or red pepper flakes
