Sheet Pan Fajitas with Garlic Texas Toast. Marinated chicken, peppers and onions tossed on a sheet pan and baked in the oven. Served inside warm garlic Texas toast ‘books’ and topped with your favourite toppings.

Two plated fajitas on Furlani garlic toast and a sheet pan of chicken fajitas and toast.

This comforting family meal is sure to excite even the pickiest of eaters with the addition of the ultimate #GoodMoodFood Furlani Garlic Texas Toast.

Since weeknight dinners are typically crazy time as a parent, dinner should be quick, delicious, and really easy! This meal can be prepped the night before after the kids have settled down for the evening. The extra marinating time will also enhance the tenderness of the chicken and overall flavour of the meal. The next day just toss the sheet pan in the oven and bake. Then warm the Furlani Garlic Toast and enjoy.

Plus, offering a selection of toppings like lettuce, cheese, salsa, and BBQ sauce, allows everyone to personalize their own ‘fajita’ making dinner time interactive and fun.

This Sheet Pan Fajitas with Garlic Texas Toast recipe was created in partnership with Furlani. Opinions in this post are always my own.

Furlani Garlic Texas Toast can be found in the bakery section or frozen aisle of your local grocery store.
