    Grilled Roasted Grape & Brie Crostini

    Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and savory with our Grilled Roasted Grape & Brie Crostini.

    Red seedless grapes, roasted to perfection with olive oil, kosher salt, and fresh thyme, create a luscious topping. A wheel of creamy Brie is melted to oozy goodness on the grill. Drizzled with honey and served on diagonally sliced, grilled baguette, these crostinis are a delightful harmony of flavours.

    Perfect for any occasion, these crostinis are quick to assemble and a surefire way to impress your guests. Gather around the grill with a glass of wine and serve immediately. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • Red seedless grapes
    • Olive oil
    • Kosher salt
    • Fresh thyme leaves
    • Brie
    • Baguette
    • Olive oil
    • Honey

    Instructions

    Preheat the grill to 400ºF, only light one side of the grill.

    Spread grapes into a cast iron pan or skillet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and thyme leaves. Toss gently to mix.

    Place Brie into a second cast iron pan.

    Place both pans on the unlit half of the grill for 8-10 minutes or until grapes just begin to burst and Brie begins to ooze.

    Meanwhile, brush the bread with olive oil. When the Brie and grapes are just about ready, grill the bread over direct heat about 1 minute per side.

    Assemble the crostini. Spread brie over bread, top with roasted grapes and drizzle with honey.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
