Cajun Corn
- Olive oil
- JalapeƱo
- Vegetable stock (no salt added)
- Corn kernels
- Black pepper
Low-Sodium Cajun Seasoning
(or use 1 tablespoon of your favorite Cajun seasoning)
- Paprika
- Roasted granulated garlic
- Dried oregano
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Aleppo pepper
- Dried thyme
- Smoked paprika
- Cumin
- Salt
Instructions
Heat the Oil: Place an 11-inch nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil and let it heat up.
SautƩ the JalapeƱo & Spices: Add the chopped jalapeƱo and seasoning blend. Stir for 1 minute to toast the spices and release their aromas.
Cook the Corn: Add the vegetable stock, frozen corn, and black pepper. Stir well, bring to a simmer, and cook for 15 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.


Serve warm as a side dish, topping, or mix-in.
