Grilled peaches with crumble is our summer go-to dessert during peak peach season! They are easy to make, and the combination of warm, caramelized peaches, with a crunchy crumble topping and a scoop cool ice-cream is simply irresistible!
We like to make them in front of our guests by the grill, and they take no time at all to assemble. You can even enlist a guest or two to help with adding the crumble and scooping on the ice-cream.

Variations
Breakfast – My wife claims any leftovers are also fantastic for breakfast with a dollop of vanilla yogurt instead of ice cream!
Skip the crumble topping and ice-cream! Serve as a side with grilled proteins -Served here with turkey skewers, other grilled veggies, a grilled corn & tomato salad and skillet flatbread.
Fresh herbs – Add some fresh mint or basil for a burst of flavour.
Served here with grilled pork, smashed potatoes, garden tomato bruschetta & corn.
Top Tip 🍑
- Peaches are best to grill when just having ripened. Over ripe peaches will get to mushy and under ripe peaches will have a crunchie texture.
- In Ontario, local peaches are at their peak of freshness in July, August and September.
