  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish from a freshly opened jar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
