Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Make the Garlic butter
Place the chopped garlic and parsley in a small bowl and mix. Add the cubes of butter and mix to combine. If the butter is too cold to mix, warm it up slightly in the microwave.
Toss the Salad
In a medium sized bowl, add the chopped lettuce, onions, jalapeños, and pickles and mix. Next add salad dressing ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
Toast the Bottom Buns
Place the bottom buns on a sheet pan and liberally coat the cut end with mayonnaise. Place in the oven to toast for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat the Deli Meats
While the buns are toasting, place the chopped meat in a large nonstick skillet on medium-low. Stirring occasionally, heat for 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
Build the Sliders
Place the provolone slices on the bottom buns. Place back into the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
Next layer the meat evenly over the cheese. Add the top buns over the meat and brush with the garlic butter mixture. Place back into the oven until the butter melts and the buns are golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Carefully remove the top buns (they will be hot). Drain any excess liquid from the salad mixture, and evenly spoon over the meat. Close the sliders with the top buns and slice to separate.
Serve as is, or with hot sauce and mustard.
