Ingredients
  

Cranberry Sprinkles

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme finely chopped

Citrus Sprinkles

  • 2 teaspoons clementine zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • ¼ cup cashews finely chopped
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes chopped

Optional, but encouraged

  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

Cranberry Sprinkles

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Citrus Sprinkles

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

For Serving

  • Place the sprinkles in a small dish with a small spoon on your cheese board.
  • As the name implies, these are to be sprinkled on your favourite cheese with or without a cracker.
  • We recommend using crackers that are not overly flavoured. Let the magic happen with just the cheese and the sprinkles.

Here are some combinations that we enjoyed, but feel free to experiment with other combinations.

  • La Sauvaine cheese with the Citrus Sprinkles, followed by a drizzle of honey.
  • Sir Laurier d'Arthabaska cheese with the Cranberry Sprinkles
  • Aged Caprano with a sprinkle of both the Cranberry and Citrus Sprinkles
  • Just a drizzle of honey on the Le Cendrillon.
