- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Egg Noodles
- 10 to 12 ounces dried wide egg noodles approx. 280 to 340 grams
